Bill
Reinig
is a member of the American Bar Association and
the American Trial Lawyers Association. He also
has been a member of the Washington State Trial
Lawyers Association for over twenty years, having
served in the past as the Eastern Washington Vice
President, Chairman of the Tri-City Washington State
Trial Lawyer Association Round Table Program, and
he has served on various Washington State Trial
Lawyer Association committees. Bill has passed both
the Washington State Bar Exam and Oregon State Bar
Exam and is licensed to practice in both states.
He is also licensed to practice in Federal District
Court in both the Western and Eastern Disctricts
of Washington
Bill
is married with three children. His wife has been
teaching at a local elementary school since 1979.

Lowell
C. Barber
received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young
University in 1971 in Economics. Lowell graduated
from Gonzaga Law School. Lowell has represented
clients in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Birth trauma cases have been a major emphasis in his practice. In 2002, Lowell tried a personal injury case to a verdict in Franklin County Washington, which remains one of the largest, if not the largest, motor vehicle accident verdicts in Franklin County.
Lowell nominated his colleague, with whom he tried the case, as the Washington State Trial Lawyer of the year, which he won, based on the strength of that verdict. Lowell is married with six children and an increasing number of granchildren. Along with basketball and golf, Lowell's
hobbies include stand up comedy, racquetball and
chess.

Nathan
Henry is a passionate advocate who’s
practice centers around the representation of injured
persons, including cases involving wrongful death,
nursing home neglect or abuse, auto accidents, third
party jobsite injuries, serious slip and fall cases
and insurance disputes. Focusing his practice on
a specific area of the law ensures knowledgeable
and superior counseling in these types of cases

Nathan
earned his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School
of Law in 2005. Prior to attending law school, he
attended Brigham Young University where he graduated
with a degree in Italian Studies and an emphasis
in Business Management. Nathan also has an associate’s
degree of art and science from Ricks College where
he maintained a 4.0 GPA while playing football and
was named by the NJCAA as an Academic All American.
Nathan has real court room experience as a personal
injury attorney in Eastern Washington. Nathan tried
three cases before juries in Benton County in 2006,
all of which resulted in verdicts in favor of the
plaintiff and provided significant compensation
for his clients. Nathan is a capable and experienced
negotiator and has reached large settlements for
his clients in personal injury cases ranging from
nursing home neglect to wrongful death cases, auto
accidents, third party jobsite injuries, slip and
fall cases and insurance disputes. Nathan is a member
of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association
and a member of the Washington and American Bar
Associations. Nathan has been admitted to practice
law in the Eastern District of Washington in Federal
court and is licensed in Washington State courts.
Nathan’s
roots in the Tri-Cities area run deep. Nathan is
the second of six children of long-time Pasco residents
Bill and Carolyn Henry. Nathan excelled in football
and soccer at Pasco High School and received a scholarship
to play football at Ricks College. Before attending
school at Ricks College, Nathan served a two year
mission for his church in Italy where learned to
speak fluent Italian and cook up a mean pasta sciuta.
Nathan married his high school sweetheart, the former
Staci Barber, and they are the proud parents of
four children, Jackson, Julia, Harrison and Giorgia.

Levi
Barber
is a personal injury attorney in Kennewick Washington.
Levi was born in Spokane Washington
and was raised in Pasco. Levi attended Pasco High
School where he excelled at basketball and in the
classroom, receiving an academic scholarship to
attend Brigham Young University. Levi spent two
years in Southern Ukraine, before receiving his
bachelors of arts in Russian language at BYU and
a minor in business administration. Soon after completing
school at BYU, Levi was accepted to Arizona State
College of law, a first tier legal program.
In his first summer after law school, Levi worked
for an insurance defense firm that handled legal
malpractice defense, personal injury defense and
medical malpractice defense. In this capacity, Levi
learned from the “other side” how claims
are handled on their end. With this experience,
Levi is qualified to deal with insurance defense,
as he is aware of their strategy and tactics
In his second summer after law school, Levi clerked
for Rettig, Osborne, Forgette, a Tri-City law firm
that also handles insurance defense work. Levi worked
closely with the partners, Diehl Rettig and Francois
Forgette and Cheryl Adamson.
Following his third summer at Arizona State Law
School, Levi studied for and passed the Washington
bar exam and was admitted to practice as a lawyer
in Washington State. Since then, Levi has worked
as a personal injury attorney at Reinig & Barber,
handling automobile accident cases, medical malpractice
and nursing home abuse. Being fluent in the Russian
language, Levi has had the opportunity to work closely
with the large Russian and Ukrainian population
in Tri-Cities, Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and Washington
State.
Levi is a strong advocate for the consumer and will
fight to get fair compensation for all injury victims.
After graduating from Brigham Young University,
Levi married Heather Dalton. They have one baby
girl, and one on the way. Levi coaches High School
Basketball at Burbank High School.
